Please note that "Quebec(k)er" is a noun, not an adjective.
The following are a list of the words you used that I've never heard an
anglophone in Quebec say:
>polyvalent (in the sense "high school" - I'm not even certain as to how to
pronounce that in English)
>scholarity
>apprenticeship (in the sense "instruction")
>collectivity
>rendezvous (in the sense "business meeting")
>primordial (in the sense "primary")
>syndicate (in the sense "union")
You also left out the three biggest ones ("metro," "autoroute," and
"depanneur"), but I suppose it wouldn't have been especially easy to work
those into a text about school bureaucracy ;)
Best,
