ADMIN: John Cowan departing; turnover in the Instrumentality of Conlang

The time has come at last for me to leave the conlang list: I can't go
on with the load of email I've been carrying lately (not only reading
it but writing it), and I find I'm more and more often repeating myself.
I'll be dropping a bunch of other mailing lists too, but since I'm Lord
of the Instrumentality here, I need to find a replacement.
There isn't much work to do: mostly just to free the list on those
rare occasions when there are more than 99 postings in one day,
and occasionally assist someone in subscribing or ban a spammer.
Everything can be done either by email or (more conveniently, IMHO)
on the administrative web page. I'll be available to advise as needed.
I'd like whoever volunteers to be a fairly regular participant, and I
don't mind at all if there is more than one new Lord; the software does
not set limits. Obviously the volunteers have to be able to work with
one another, so that must be taken into account.
I expect to leave the list on or about the New Year. I'll continue
to be available to all of you by private mail in the usual place:
cowan@ccil.org, for which jcowan@reutershealth.com is (currently)
an alias. If you miss my signature lines, they are available en masse at
http://www.ccil.org/~cowan/signatures .
It's been a wonderful run, and I've had a blast. Thank you all.
