The only comparable title that comes to mind immediately is IJAL "Intl.
Journal OF American Linguistics". I don't know any any "Journal for...".
usages offhand, so I guess on balance my vote goes for "[language creation,
in conlang]: Intl. Jnl. of Lang. Creation."
In other cases, the of-phrase is an outright possessive: JAMA "Journal OF
the Amer. Medical Assn.", "LANGUAGE: the Journal OF the Ling. Soc. of
America" and many others.
Of course, other languages differ. Zeitschrift für Eingeborenen
Sprachen....., Tijdschrift voor Indische Taal-, Land-, en Volkenkunde.... et
al.
