It's the normal form. The prefixes always go: di-, tri-, tetra-, penta-, hexa-, hepta-, etc... I have never seen a "tessera-" prefix before in my entire life. Tetra- is the only prefix I've ever seen: "tetragraph", "tetraedron", etc...

The word indeed, but the prefix tetra- is alive and well and often used ;)) . Christophe Grandsire. http://rainbow.conlang.free.fr You need a straight mind to invent a twisted conlang.
