/Ka:m@/? But I guess Welsh would write it four-l: "llllama". Ask somebody else about the pronunciation. Probably like somebody who is too drunk to say /lama/ and gets stuck on the /l/. ;)) Wenedyk, BTW, would write "l\ama" (with l-stroke), which is pronounced /wama/.
