My uvula starts to flap spontaneously before my tongue tip does, but yeah, I
think I kno what you're getting at. My intuition (just that - a hunch) would be
that "vibrant" would still be an acceptable term, "tremulant" not; and you
could perhaps transcribe this as a loered trill: [r_o].
