I did say that in my original post.

That works for me too, but that would be denied by any other Christian
denomination, as they don't recognize our church as Christian.

I see your point, although I didn't mean to imply that was the case. I
was making the point that our use of the term 'Christian' for ourselves
does not try to group us with the set of Christian denominations. If
they consider us as Christians, then I'm sure we don't mind being
included in that set of denominations--but if they don't it doesn't
change the way we think about it.
