>>1)Where were you brought up?
Born in Reno, NV, USA and lived there until about 2 1/2 years ago.
>>2)Where do you live, countrywise?
currently (and miserably) living in Las Vegas, NV. I'll be out of here
soon, I hope.
>>3)What is your nationality, as you see it?
Irish-American
>>4)Where does your family come from?
Lots of different places. Ireland for one, on both sides... but awhile
back (on my mom's side, it was my great-great grandparents who moved
here). I'm a 4th generation Nevadan, so I'd have to say we're from here,
mostly.
>>5)What colour is your hair?
Blondish-reddish brown. Or so I'm told. It looks mousy brown to me.
>>6)What colour are your eyes?
Blue. Sometimes green.
>>7)What colour is your skin?
that pale, freckly, easy-to-burn skin that's supposedly common in
non-Mediterranean Europe (esp. British Isles...)
>>8)Are you left or right handed?
I'm left-handed, or, as my dad says, "wrong-handed". *sigh*
>>9)What is/are your mother tongue(s)
American English. The pretty standard, Western variety. non-Californian.
>>10)Are you fluent in any other languages? If so, which?
Probably not very fluent, but I'm somewhat fluent in French. As fluent as
a person can be with 3 1/2 years of learning in a public school.
>>11)Are you homosexual, heterosexual, or bisexual?
hetero, not like it matters.
>>12)What (non-)religion are you?
atheist.
>>13)What denomination of that religion?
Haha. There're no denominations in atheism... there are different kinds of
atheists, though. Mostly, I consider myself a freethinker, and what they
call a "strong atheist". I do find some religions interesting, but not
true for me.
>>14) Finally, what is your favourite colour?
Green, mostly, tho I found I've somehow collected a lot of red. Go figure.
>>Er? The term "color-blindness" does not mean you only see shades of
grey; seeing no color at all is practically unheard of in humans.
A person who is color-blind - such as my mother-in-law (although it's very
rare in women) and brother-in-law - just cant distinguish certain sets of
colors.
<cut>
Such red/green color-blindness is by far the most common form, but there
are others, such as blue/yellow - which you obviously don't have. :)
-Mark<<
Or there's my grandpa, who can't tell the difference between blue and
green. It's quite amusing when I'm at my grandpa's house playing UNO; all
the blue cards have "blue" written on them. :)
