Yes. You need to travel to Castreleon in the FK, go to
"No. 67 Ystrad Dewi S." and up to the third floor
(ring top bell). Once there, you'll have to beg the
First Degree Master for admittance and tip your hat
three times to each of the cardinal directions. You'll
have to swear allegiance to Lla Societad, fill out
your paperwork (in triplicate), pay the L6/- fee for
one year's membership and go down to room 3B to pick
out your ceremonial robes. Easy as pease.

Seiously, all you need to do is have an interest in
the Project and be willing to sort some place out,
roughly within the given historical framework.
