I'd be surprised if the resulting sound was distictive
enought to be discerned - and making it separately may
not be so difficult, but in speech I'd imagine it to be
difficult. Moreover, I couldn't find any reference to
such a cluster in any linguistic description in my possession.
But I'd like to be proved wrong!
