Not pharyngeal per se, but I think you are trilling the epiglottis. There
are IPA symbols for voiceless epiglottal fricatives (small cap 'H' for
voiceless, barred reversed glottal stop for voiced) and according to recent
research these can often be trilled (no distinct symbol if they're trilled).
