ADMIN: change default Conlang reply?

I would like to have people let me know whether Conlang should be changed
from the current default of "replies to the list" to "replies to the author".
This may help to reduce flooding by making people take special action
(typically Reply All or the equivalent) in order to actually reply to the
list. For general views on the issue, see:
(in favor of change) http://www.unicom.com/pw/reply-to-harmful.html
(against change) http://www.metasystema.org/essays/reply-to-useful.mhtml
I have set up a Yahoo! poll at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/conlang/polls .
Those who can't or don't want to participate in this can send me a vote
*privately*, saying "change", or "don't change".
Please don't discuss this matter on the list. Just read the documentation,
consider the pros and cons, and vote.
Values of beeta will give rise to dom! John Cowan
