But language also contracts words.
Hyperjump becomes Jump. Of course it depends on context.
One thing I love is how we have "dirty" words, and then we have "clean"
words. Which oddly mean the same basic thing, but if you use one you get
bad looks.
Also fun is when you have words that in one context mean one thing, but
in another context mean another.
Intercourse? Though in one it is a word for sexual things, but in
another it means just talking.
Relationship, can mean having a relationship, like boyfriend and
girlfriend, but in another, though close, means just a business or like
relationship. Two or more people working together or atleast being
relative to each other.
