Ah, but there are lots and lots of people on this list who are incapable
of making a new message, they can only reply, so that you get threads
like:

|->Bright new thread that has nothing at all to do with sounds

... I never actually *delete* a conlang-mail though, so when a mightily
interesting thread turns up in some other thread like this, I have a
chance to see it. Still annoying though.
