Not only had I actually seen it before, it was originally circulated back
when there actually *was* a reasonable doubt over who had been elected --
that is to say, during middle of the 2000 recounts. I am restricted by my
own insistence on greater adherence to a certain guideline from going on
at any length about what I interpret as the probable reasons for it having
been redistributed after the 2004 result was in.
