I often feel like several people over a brief period of time. I don't connect what I've experienced recently with what I've experienced a while back, even if that while back is only a few minutes ago. I'll find myself trying to discuss something with someone when we've already discussed it, and I won't realized what I'm doing until they get mad or I revert back to the state of mind where I remember everything. It's interesting, because it's sometimes selective in what I can remember from the past, and often rather disjointed, suggesting that I actually do have more than one personality to some extent, rather than just being plain forgetful about previous encounters with people, as many will dismiss it as. Also, these patterns of selective memory (theres a few of them) will pop up again and again, each time the experiences when I'm in that state of mind will be added to it. Almost like I cycle through them... -- Robert
