I've been reading a book titled _A Practical Introduction to Phonetics_ by J. C. Catford, which besides explaining phonetics contains drills for learning how to pronounce various sounds. I haven't gotten to epiglottal consonants yet, but thanks to that book I now know how to pronounce glottalic egressives and velar egressives and all that cool stuff. The only downside is it's kind of old so it uses out-of-date IPA symbols (like turned small t for alveolar click).
