Yes. Brithenig is a classic, and apart from researching new words, it ought to be kept the way it is. Any substantial change to its phonology or grammar would cause a major upheaval with the Ill Bethisad community and is not worth the trouble. A friend of a friend of mine once said, "Art is when someone says 'Now'." There is a point in most works of art when the artist declares it finished and refrains from further additions.
