Interesting. In Román, those exist as *falling* diphthongs. Diphthongs
in Román are:
au, eu, oi, eo, oe, ea, oa, there also used to be ai, but that has since
evolved into a monophthong /&/. Lots of vocalic segments in Román.
:-) Nine vowels (i e E & i- u o O A) and seven diphthongs. Also, any
vowel or diphthong can be preceeded by i or u, so one could count as
many as 21 di-/triphthongs:
au eu oi eo oe ea oa
iau ieu ioi ieo ioe iea ioa
uau ueu uoi ueo uoe uea uoa
I don't know if those are all attested tho.
