Spanish I speak with a typical Tex-Mex accent, I guess. French I speak with
a bad American accent, but I need to learn how the Cajuns speak it. If/when
I seriously learn German I want to speak it like a Texan. Yes, we have our
own German dialect/accent, but sadly it's dying....
By the way, welcome to the list, and you might be the first native Scots
speaker here! At least since I joined (for the first time) in 1997. I'm of
Ulster Irish and Scottish descent myself, but I speak neither Scots or
Gaelic (yet).
