CHAT: Dutch dictionary recommendations?

Well, I've decided to start learning this list's official language :-), but
I need to find a good dictionary. So I checked the local Borders today, but
the couple of Dutch/English dictionaries they have don't give the plurals
of nouns or the principal parts of verbs, or the pronunciation of words.
Now pronunciation isn't much of a problem, since fortunately Dutch spelling
is mostly regular (even if some sounds aren't that easy to pronounce). But
it'd be nice to have the plurals. Does anyone have a favorite dictionary?
