The Finos are vegetarians (since they can communicate with most vertebrate
animals they won't eat them), and they definitely prefer fruit, berries and
other fleshier parts over grains, seeds and leaves, which doesn't
necessarily mean that they eschew the latter.  They also prefer fresh,
uncooked food; thus while potatoes is a staple in their winter diet they
don't eat it the rest of the year.  BTW the Earthlings (humans) of
Sky-Earth don't know that the tubers of potato are edible.
