Employers looking for Conlang skills

The other day I posted my CV to a job-hunting site (monster.co.uk) One of
the pages on the menu for making the CV searchable allowed me to specify
which languages I knew, by selecting them from a menu. I was quite
surprised to find that the list included Alurian and Degaspregos.
