I'm not too good at Japanese, but the site seems to be rich in
content. The sidebar reads:

There are links to Artificial language Q&A (which seems to be pretty
decent) and BBS at top.
This page lists some of not-really-language codes used in Japanese
games and novels (and of course, why proper conlang is superior to
codes. hehe):

Arka seems to be the creation of the webmaster, and the site has
rather comprehensive grammar. Haven't go through them yet.
