Those are all disyllables for me, [pr=@l~], [wor@l~d] [fr=@l~d]
(Actually, I don't think that final vowel is actually /@/, but I'm not
sure exactly what it is.) Port is something like [p_hort,], altho in
careful speech, the tongue actually slides along the roof of my mouth
from a retroflex position to one closer to the usual alveolar position
before releasing.
