Hi Robert,
I can offer something free and of questionable quality. :-) The professor who's
giving the course on Indo-European linguistics here, the one who assigned us a
conlang for our final project, also assigned us to do a midterm project on
Germanic. It's got a couple of pages on Grimms' and Verner's Laws, then a lot
of Old Norse material. A little bit of detail and some examples. I have to
admit it's pretty cryptic and might not help you much, but it is mine to give
away.
So I've uploaded my midterm project to the egroups conlang Files section. It's
about 80KB, MS Word 97 for Windows. Let me know if you have trouble accessing
it - I can try other formats.
