Wright's old Grammar of the Gothic Language has a lot. I should think any
(older) grammar of Old English would go into matters, too. I checked
google.com for "Grimm's Law" (a lot of interesting stuff); "Verner's Law"
however turned up very little of relevance, but lots on US vs. Verner, and
(nice synchronicity) many links to some irrelevant LATVIAN sites.
