But as long a you do that in an oxygenated atmosphere, the blood immediately
oxygenates, and get alot redder. If you took care to do it in an oxygen-free
place, venuous (sp?) blood is alot darker - dark purplish-reddish. Not
anything I'd call 'blood red'.
