I'm tempted to invent a word for his hugest number factorial. Or the factorial

However, the biggest number named in any of my conlangs yet is the Tairezan
_gzhour_, which is positively microscopic at 10^8. (If allowed to use compound
numbers - like "five hundred twelve" - I can express all numbers up to 10^16-1
in Tairezazh.)
