To be totally truthful, I picked up "a" for accusative and "u" for
nominative from a Semitoid conlang presented on this list some time ago -
"Saprutum" I think it was called. Presumeably it's creator in turn picked it
from some real-world Semitic lang. As for the "i" in genitive, well Kalini
Sapak only has three vowels to chose from! It's the same with Akkadian,
isn't it?
