It isn't even necessary!  Have we no translators?  Unless two countries
on occasion go to wars on the premise that portions of their population
who were once penpals misunderstood each other, language is irrelevant.

If the leaders need clarity, than we should just have the UN pick up
the tab for the best (most expensive) translators for potentially
explosive political meetings.  It is not necessary.  Look at the EU.
