He started it as an IAL proposal in 1991, IIRC, and continues working on it as an
artlang/loglang after he gave up on his dreams of world domination. :) I'm
cc'ing him on this, so he can correct me if I'm misremembering or misreading
him.

After the histories, operas, books of wisdom etc. are available, & "Teach Yourself
