Perhaps, but all of the auxlangs I've seen use categories that are
present in the languages of the societies they're intended for. I
haven't seen any that, for instance, added a dual category. I'm just
saying that I would be doubtful that an auxlang would be invented with
genders other than what exist in the languages of the peoples it's
intended to be for, like the way that Esperanto duplicated the
male/female/neuter system in its pronouns, but not, say "human" and
"non-human".
Non-auxlang conlangs are another matter entirely, of course. :-)
