Well, "knowlegde" is 'scio', "theory" must be 'teorio' (but I'm not sure).
As for "scholarship", I don't know... 'lernajxo' comes to mind ("learnt
thing"), but it sounds a little bit too vague and not abstract enough. Yet
it could be a nice word as it is not Euro-centric at all (unless you
consider the concept of learning Euro-centric :) ).
