Indeed. Do you know the Belgian group Laïs? It's a Flemish group which
sings both in Flemish and French with Middle Ages rhythms and instruments
mixed with modern instruments. Their leader also composed the song Urban
Trad went to the Eurovision with. I have two CDs of Laïs at home and I can
tell you it's quite good :) .
