Ah--it turns out that he may yet still be alive! Checking his fan page, it
turns out that his suicide is only an unsubstantiated rumor. Hurray!

1977, so he wasn't much older than a teenager. According to Received
Microsoft History, he was stopped for a "traffic violation." This is rather
odd, since New Mexico doesn't take mug shots of traffic violators. Details,
however, have mysteriously "disappeared" (or should I say, "have been
disappeared"? I've been reading Solzhenitsyn's "The Gulag Archipelago," which
isn't good for my mental health...) It certainly wouldn't be the last time MS
bought off justice.
