I'll second Jeff's welcome, and note that linguistics professor Matt Pearson, who used to be quite active on this list, has done something similar to this while at UW, Madison. Not quite the same, but similar. I am also terribly interested in doing perhaps collaborative teaching at the UR on invented languages (I'm on leave now), so I'd love to watch this develop, Sai. I taught a collaborative independent study with Jeff Runner here for a single student. I've visited your site, and I'm impressed.
