I'm working on a similar problem.
I host some 180 ML on a site of mine (almost all in Italian) and I have to
do (it's on a big list of TODOs!) a PHP3 script (an active page) and a
perl utility that could make read an archive of a mailing list in a way
similar to that of a web board - with threads, collapsable (sp?) trees,
search and so on. As soon as I'll do it I can make it available for use on
conlang.org (naturally: free!). But it could be months from now!
