I saw the same Lonely Planet episode Christophe did. They didn't
mention urine as a key ingredient (doesn't shark meat have enough
uric acid in it anyway?), but it was shark left out in a smokehouse
till it got really ripe. You ate little pieces of it and washed it
down with shots of something that makes slivovits look like tonic
water. After the show's host writhed, heaved, and regained his
composure somewhat, eyes still watering, he was introduced to some
sort of testicle with more shots of spirit. Party on Garth...
