Minimal pairs should be easy for Irish, since the so-called "aspiration"
mutation maps /k/ (orthographically c) and /s/ into /x/ and /h/
respectively, at least when followed by an (orthographic) back vowel.
Since aspiration is a grammatical feature, it suffices to look
for two words beginning "cA" and "sA" (where A is any back vowel)
but otherwise identical.
