Just a note Christopher might want to consider when downloading the
IPA fonts from SIL:
Before you can use them, you also have to download a program that
will allow you to use these fonts properly. Its a keyboard manager
called "Tavultesoft Keyboard Manager", and is also available from
SIL. In fact, I believe you can download it as a package with the
IPA fonts. It encodes the different IPA symbols into a combination
of keys on your keyboard. You can also use it to type in fonts for
other languages written in non-alphabet scripts. It takes some
getting used to but once you get the hang of it it is really fun to
use. Enjoy!
