Exactly. That much is true, but I dispute the contention that this
aspect renders the paradox (or the ability to create same)
insignificant.

Well, wouldn't the problem of the paradox only be significant if you
HAD to communicate through it? If not, then it's only significant
through an oddball scholarly curiosity type thingie. Everyone else can
pretty much get along without trying to solve the prototype, right?
