It's not that silly at all! On the contrary, it's very interesting. I'm
sure I've already seen something like that somewhere. But where? At
least, the idea of contracting a whole sentence or phrase to make up a
new word is very good. Moten uses it to a limited extent (one word! :) )
with the word |lag /l_jag/: "bye" coming from ko|la ag /kol_ja ag/:
"leave in peace."

Yes, that's exactly the impression I had. By the way, I'm looking
outside and the weather is good (blue sky, few clouds), like three hours
ago, whereas one hour and a half ago, during the eclipse, the cloud
cover was impenetrable. I saw a nearly-total eclipse during half a
second, but that's all. So if there's a conspiracy somewhere, it's
against me, and *they* are using the weather to make me unhappy! :)
(just kidding. In fact it was fun. The eclipse was at most at 95%
complete and I could see it through the cloud cover, when it was not too
thick).
