Oh I see, and there was I thinking that RPN must have been invented by a
Reverse Pole -- something like a Lefthanded Lithuanian presumably :-)
BTW although computer languages are modern, there have surely been other
formulaic systems used for special purposes, e.g. law, poetry, music,
heraldry etc.
