All /tr/ combinations are pronounced [tSr] in my
dialect/idiolect, from New York, near the city. The
/r/ is voiceless, I guess that's the [r\] that you
wrote? hence:
track tree train trouble
[tSr\&k], [tSr\i], [tSr\eIn], [tSr\Vbl=]
/dr/ is pronounced [dZr]
drab dream drain drum
[dZr&b] [dZri:m] [dZreIn] [dZrVm]
