Just create a new command:
\newcommand{\mh}{$\widetilde{\mathrm{w}}$}
or, if you aren't afraid to mix TeX and LaTeX :))) :
\def\mh{$\widetilde{\mathrm{w}}$}
Just define the command \Mh in the same way.
