A palatal fricative can occur in the non-standard pronunciation of the Dutch
ending -"tje", for example in "beetje" (a bit): ["be:cC@]
FWIW, my conlang Vozgian has a dental fricative [tT] (or rather, had it in an
earlier stage).
By the way, affricatives are properly called "affricates", if I'm not mistaken.
