Well, I'm afraid it's not my point. On the handout we got in our civics
class that told us about the proposal it showed all the facts I listed, based
on the trends from the previous decade. As for "Silicon Valley", the trend
has been for all the big computer companies to move down south, specifically
near Irvine. So, nyah!
