ARGL!  All I wrote was crap!

   - Mistake 1: _o means lowered, more rounded is _O,
   - Mistake 2: _O and _c are for vowels.

How about:

   !\     for unrounded and
   !\_w   for rounded (using the labialised diacritic)

(I should think before posting.  Shoot!)
