There's a program called SC UniPad, a freeware (in beta for
non-commercial use) Unicode editor. Good for entering Unicode text
which of course can be plugged into an HTML document.
Other than the fact you can't change your screen font (I run at
1024x768 so the tiny 11 point fonts give me eyestrain; I really would
rather use something like Arial Unicode MS at 18 or 24 points).
Another feature I really like -- German language support! I'm tired of
all the "English Only" webpages and softwares.
